Semper (Old)
- V.Pr.St. Indian Dream - Ico
Sempatico's breeding
is impeccable, as a foal Sempatico was the "Bundeschampionat"
National Champion ZfDP. He is by the Oldenburg approved pinto
stallion Semper who is by the great Holsteiner stallion Sandro
that has a total of 36 approved sons, 308 approved mares and 27
States Premium mares! Semper's dam Imago is an elite Preferent
KWPN mare by Samber the world's most influential and successful
pinto warmblood of all time. Sempatico's dam line is also
impressive with his dam being a Verband Premium mare by the
famous Dutch stallion Ico! Sempatico has completed both his 30
day test & 70 day test at Prussendorf finishing 5th out
of 18, 3rd in dressage index and 8th in jumping index. Final
score: 7.81 Also at the announcements of his scores Frank Bangert
the head director of Prussendorf State Stud said "Sempatico
is the best colored horse I have ever seen." In his 70
day test, Sempatico finished 6th in dressage with a great score
of 121.25. He was 11th of all 30 stallions presented! In the
U.S. with limited showing, Sempatico has always done well. At
Dressage at Devon he was in the top 4 of every class shown! He
continues to produces Premium foals each year with many Gold
Premiums through RhPSI heurings and First Premiums through
Oldenburg NA! Being homozygous, every foal he sires will have
pinto coloring.
All we can say is wow about the combination of To Be Frank
and Sempatico. Her foals to date have been nothing less than
spectacular! This mare is a producer. Her foals all receive her
active hind leg and wonderful shoulder with amazing "reach". Now
we will just add some icing to this one with Sempatico's pinto
coloring. We expect this foal to go Gold Premium easily and
receive high conformation and movement scores. We look for this to
be a versatile foal as well, as "Frank's" babies compete
successfully in both hunters and dressage.

ESCUDO II
16 hh black Hanoverian, AHS, Old NA approved |

|
Espri-Arkansas-Woermann
Escudo II is a very expressive and typey
16h stallion. He is a full brother to the reknowned jumper
stallion Escudo I. Escudo II was the Hanoverian
licensing champion and is in the top list of jumpers as well as
the top list for type. He is in the Hanoverian Jumper Program
and has an FN rating of 103 for dressage, 128 for jumping and
was 4th out of 43 stallions at his testing in Germany. Not only
did Escudo win many show jumping competitions but he has
produced several licensed sons and GP winners.
Escudo II's sire, Espri has produced 58 Grand Prix offspring in
both dressage and jumping. His dam SPS Athene scored a 7.82 in
her performance test and is by the state stud stallion Arkansas.
There is much jump blood in Escudo II as well as many beautiful
movers. Here is a
stallion that has produced dressage winners, jumper winners and
hunter winners...truly a versatile stallion that produces
versatility as well. Escudo II has already produced 9 licensed
sons and several showjumpers up to GP level and 13 SPS
mares. As well as producing top jumpers and dressage
horses, the Espri blood is proving itself in the hunter ring as
well. The wonderful, sweet temperament, rideability and
trainability that Escudo II passes on only helps in the
continued success of his offspring.
We believe the combination of Escudo II and Epic Believer
will produce a wonderful athlete best suited for the
hunter/jumpers. Epic Believer is by the great Denny Morris's
eventer Epic Win. Epic Believer is a fabulous jumper as well as
a beautiful mover that has always received wonderful remarks at her
foal's AHS inspections. She scored so high at her inspection
that she is listed in the Main Mare Book of AHS. Not bad for a
registered TB mare! Her foals to date have all excelled in the
ring and we expect no different with her 2009 Escudo II foal.
Epic Believer has always produced size so we also expect her to
add height to this foal which should mature 16.2h or more.

For Pleasure-Eklatant
Federalist (also shown as Faberge) is a son of the legendary
stallion For Pleasure and the States Premium mare Eskalade by
Eklatant who produced three licensed sons. For Pleasure, is one
of the world's most successful show jumpers with earnings of 1.8
million Euro. He contributed to four championship victories over
the past eight years with the German Team, winning Gold four
times!
Federalist exhibits lots of scope and excellent form over
fences. His offspring are attractive horses that also show good
form over fences for the hunter and jumper disciplines. Many
have been successful in the hunter ring. Federalist has remained
sound and is still competing successfully in the hunter ring,
after a long jumper career, at the age of 18! He has a superb
disposition and excellent gaits. He passes on his winning hack
movement and easy going nature.
We
expect from the pairing of Federalist by the great stallion For
Play and"Lucy" by the great stallion Epic Win, a very user friendly
foal with huge potential and beautiful looks. It should inherit both parent's temperament and will do
well in the show ring. I predict this foal to have a substantial
build and wonderful conformation and size. With the jump blood
that both parents have as well as superb engines, I would expect
much jump talent suited for hunters, jumpers or eventing.

Idocus

|
Equador - Zonneglans
Idocus
was the KWPN-NA 2007 Horse of the Year and has had an extensive
and successful International Dressage career, representing
Holland in the 2004 Olympic Games and representing the USA at
the World in Cup Las Vegas and the World Equestrian Games in
Aachen. He is also the only horse to win the Dressage at Devon
Breed Show as a youngster and go on to win the Devon Grand Prix
as an adult.
Idocus is an amazing dressage horse but his talents don't
stop there. He also has a superb jump and has passed that on to
many of his offspring. He has winning offspring in dressage and
the hunter/jumper ring. In 1994, Idocus was presented to the NA-KWPN
jury for inspection. He has the distinction of holding the
highest score ever given in the North American Dutch Keurings
scoring 99AA
Scores: Walk 9,
Trot 8.5, Canter 9.5, Jumping 9, Character 9
The 2010 foal by Idocus out of "Mel"
could easily be one of the best horses we have ever bred.
Melesta by Hemmingway, had a successful career as an eventer and
even though her jump was superb, her gaits are amazing. Her
Rousseau colt was First Premium at his KWPN inspection and her
Negro colt was just as spectacular! This should be a foal with
lots of promise and we look forward to his or her arrival!

Santorini - Lortzing
SIR WANABI is a very modern stallion with a light
expressive movement, refinement, elegance and athleticism. But
more importantly, he is incredibly level-headed, which he seems
to pass on to his offspring. He is an amazing horse with a huge
amount of talent. He has competed in hunters, jumpers and
dressage and has many wins at all disciplines! This is a tribute
to his willing nature and trainability. He is level headed and
remains calm even in the busy warm up ring. Some notable wins:
2006 : SIR WANABI competed in the hunter divisions and
had several championships
2007 : SIR WANABI was shown in the 5 yrs
old jumper class. He won 2 classes and was consistently within
the
top 6. 2008
: SIR WANABI competed in 2 dressage shows at First Level. He
received scores up to 71.944%.
He was also Summerfest Breed Show Champion Stallion,
Kemptville, On, Canada.
2008: Grand Champion of the Great
American/USDF Stallion with a score of 80.45%, at Dressage at
Devon 2009
: SIR WANABI is CHAMPION in the Adult
Amateur 35 yrs and older division, at Blainville
2009:
SIR WANABI was RESERVE CHAMPION in the
adult amateur 18/36 at the Beaulieu Horse Show - week 1.
He was 1st in the hack, 2nd,3rd and 6th over fences, with his
owner Sandra Laprise.
The
pairing of the Sir Wanabi and "May" should produce a horse of
equal versatility. May has beautiful gaits with a free shoulder
and loads of push from her powerful hindend. She also has excellent form over fences. The
resulting foal should excel in the hunter ring inheriting the
beauty of both parents as well as quietness and talent. But this
baby should be able to compete and do very well in dressage,
eventing or jumpers. I would think the resulting foal would also
have a the ability to win in hunter in-hand classes due to the
superb conformation of parents.

COURTJESTER

|
Wicked Courtjester is a New Forest Pony imported to the USA from
Holland. He came with an already established show career in
Jumping and Dressage, competing at Z level, which is the
equivalent to our 3/4th level. He has excellent temperament and
character as well as athleticism, powerful elegant gaits shown
in the dressage arena and enthusiasm and talent for jumping. In
a relatively short time Wicked Courtjester has proven himself to
be one of the top Sport Pony Stallions in the country
consistently producing outstanding offspring noted for their
amazing temperaments, beautiful lines, and outstanding
movement-- all this from a variety of mares both ponies and
larger breeds. It’s no surprise he himself is producing such
quality offspring. Wicked CourtJester has many breeding
achievements. For instance, in Holland in one year alone,
21 foals were presented for inspection…all received Premium
awards.
In 1999 (AWSPR),
He was PA Site Champion and received approval for breeding as a
First Premium Stallion. In
2000 at the
ISR/Oldenburg Stallion Approvals he was given his Lifetime
Breeding License. Also in
2000 at
Dressage at Devon in the AWR Sport Pony Class, Wicked
Courtjester was the Champion.
The pairing
of these two sport ponies is spectacular. This colt
should excell in dressage and jumping and be large enough for a small adult
and amiable enough for a child to compete. We look forward to
seeing this gorgeous colt in the show ring.

Sandro Hit -
Escudo I x Gajus
| Schroeder is an approved
Hannoverian stallion and passed his 70 day test in
Germay in 2007. He shows super character (rated 9) ,
endurance and along with good movement, he jumps well. Schroeder
had a great first year in the U.S. earning a 4th place
USDF Materiale Horse of the Year and a 1st place USDF
Hanoverian in hand Horse of the Year awards!!!
Schroeder is expected to sire offspring with easy
characters for the amateur but the power and movement
for upper level dressage and good jumpers.
Schroeder's sire Sandro Hit was Winner of 1999 6 year
old Dressage World Championships and German
Bundeschampionate. Sandro Hit has the highest breeding
index in Germany with a score of 153! He was also
the winner of the 1999 6yo Dressage World Championships
and German Bundeschampionate. His Dam, SPS Esmeralda, was
2002 Champion mare at the Loius Wiegels Show and took
2nd place at the prestigious Ratje-Niebuhr show. With
Escudo I also in Schroeder's pedigree it is expected
that jump talent will also be passed on. Schroeder has
already, in his very limited foal crops to date,
produced several Premium foals. His filly, Dorette MG is
#4 USDF National Horse of the Year and #2 USDF KWPN
Filly Horse of the Year!
We expect great things from the pairing of Schroeder
and Saretta. With bloodlines boasting Ferro - Sandro Hit
- Escudo I how could you not end up with spectacular
results!
This foal should do exceptionally well in dressage but
should also perform well over fences. If you want an
upper level prospect this pairing could be it. His
temperament is extremely sweet and kind. He is truly a
people horse and just loves attention.

Vosmaer-
Formateur Keur - Polaris
Ijsselmeer is an
impressive stallion and his show career proves it. in the 2007 Grand Prix - Open he
recieved CDS Horse of the Year "HOY" and USDF Reserve Champion Reg. 7.
in the 2007 Grand Prix Freestyle he was the Reserve Champion CDS HOY, USDF
Reg 7, and obtained the USDF all breeds award for KWPN-NA.
He was also the 2005 and 2006 Grand Prix Freestyle
Champion and was awarded CDS Horse of the Year. Ijsselmeer
has been the USEF/USDF Reserve Champion for 3
years in a row. Not only are his awards remarkable, but
many of his offspring have proven they have what it takes to win
as well. He sired Euro pro Pacho who in 2005 was the
2nd Level Freestyle USEF/USDF HOY Champion.In 2006 he was #1 in
3rd level Freestyle and #5 in 3rd level open USDF All Breeds
Award. Ijsselmeer has sired many other dressage winning
offspring and offers unique and sought after Gelder blood.
I am very excited about
this coming foal! The healthy dose of Gelder blood will no doubt
give substance and versatility and having Ferro close up should
still give enough refinement and beauty to make this one
gorgeous horse. With the bloodlines this foal is to inherit
should allow him or her to do very well in the dressage ring,
but also have plenty of jump talent. Personally, I believe this
is a foal that if a colt, would make an excellent stallion
prospect!

ATLANTIS
2001 15.3hh
black/white leopard Knabstrupper |
|
|

|
(Adonis af Asgard x Sissi af Asgard by Stjerneprinsen af
Vejrup )
He is the ONLY IMPORTED and APPROVED
KNABSTRUPPER STALLION standing at stud in North America!
Atlantis was recently approved for breeding with
Rheinland-Pfalz-Saar Int. He was the first Knabstrupper
stallion ever inspected by the Germans here in this country.
Now, foals sired by this stallion in America have the option
to receive German warmblood papers.
Knabstruppers are classical dressage types, resembling the
Iberian horses like Lusitanos & Andalusians as well as more
modern performance warmblood breeds. Being intensely
Knabstrupper with 75% "purebreds" in his pedigree, Atlantis
definitely reflects the old baroque style of his ancestors.
He has an estimated 20 leopards within 4 generations! With
Trakehner and Oldenburg in the 3rd generation, Atlantis
represents a superior combination of sportive and classical
Knab breeding.
The
result from the cross of Atlantis and Labet is a super
quiet, loving gelding that truly wants to please. He has
been super easy so far in his training. I expect him to make
an excellent amateur friendly horse with a perfect size for
a child or small woman. I expect him to finish 16.1 to
16.2h. He has solid and correct conformation and should hold
up easily in sport. He has already demonstrated beautiful
form over fences and would make a lovely Childrens Hunter.
He should also do well in dressage and in fact could see him
as a true "all around horse" for someone interested in
several disciplines.

Riverman-Lord Colando
In
2000, Royal Appearance underwent
testing at Rancho Murieta in the Federation's 100-day
test. He was the ONLY stallion to receive marks of at
least 7 in all categories and received 9's for
character, willingness to work and ability to work. He
finished 4th overall, with a jumping index of 118.44 and
a dressage index of 120.29. As a result of his overall
total of 121.16 points, Royal Appearance
was named a Class I Stallion. At his ISR/Oldenburg NA
licensing, Royal Appearance earned a
total score of 153.5 points, second in the history of
the registry only to that earned by his sire!
|
In 2001, Royal Appearance took
part in his first year on the showjumping
circuit. Following a short breeding season,
Royal went to Florida to train and compete under
Margie Goldstein-Engle. Despite competing
against a more experienced peer group, Royal
held his own at each American Young Jumper
Championship qualifier he attended. At the AYJC
Finals at the Hampton Classic in September,
2001, Royal Appearance
maintained a no-fault record and was one of
fifteen 6-year olds to make it to the final day
of competition. In the dramatic jump-off round,
Royal Appearance was one of
only three to go clear! He finished in second
place, earning the title of Reserve Champion 6YO
Young Jumper.
Royal Appearance also competed successfully in
combined training events under the direction of
Hilltop Farm's trainer Hans Engberg. He
demonstrated tremendous athleticism,
willingness, determination and talent for cross
country. |
All I can say is
this baby by Royal Appearance and out of Hillary will be
spectacular! It will have that Holsteiner blood that is
know for versatility and power. It should excel over
fences and have spectacular gats.
